Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, data mining, online research, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct outbound calls, cold calls, email outreach, and regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Identify business opportunities and qualify prospects based on their requirements and potential.
- Handle UAE-based clients professionally and build strong, long-term business relationships.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams to support the sales process.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and client activity records.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, meeting, and sales targets.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience for the junior-level position.
- 2-4 years for the experienced position.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable communicating with international/UAE-based clients.
- Target-oriented, confident, persuasive, and professional approach.
- Good research, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
